This was my first out-patient surgery at the spring location. When I arrived I was greeted by the staff and given paper work to fill out. The facility was clean and maintained a good social distancing. Once taken to the back I met with the anesthesia team and my nurses. After surgery they helped/trained me to use crutches. The best customer service award goes to Samantha in the billing department! 3 months after my surgery I called with billing questions and concerns. She was very resolute, respectful, and addressed every question/concerned I had. She went above and beyond to provide my with peace of mind. Even called me back when she said she was! The biggest shout out to the team in spring! Thank you so much Samatha for helping me!!

I had my preoperative blood work, EKG, etc. Gus, the nurse in the Emergency room area was fantastic. I am getting my spine fused on Tuesday, and he made me feel better about everything. He said he would personally be there for me when I got out of surgery, if I needed him there. By far, one of the best nurses I have ever had. He calmed my anxiety, and reassured me that I am in good hands and my pain will be taken care of.

My visit to this facility has been a wonderful experience. It’s clean and comfortable . The hospital staff showed compassion and met all my needs with professionalism and care. The staff were all so kind and attentive. From the NP: Miranda, my Nurses: Virginia , Turanda , Yum.. even the cafeteria staff Yazmin and Adrian who made sure that hospital was food was tasty. I will definitely have been satisfied with my care at this facility

I have been a patient here for 5 days and still have 2 more to go. I will say this is the first time I don't mind being in a hospital. I have had the best nurses you could ever ask for. Especially Peace, Idelisse, Virginia, Jean, Ce and floor manager Miranda. They have made sure I'm comfortable and have had plenty of coffee! I can't say one bad thing about Spring Hospital or anyone that works here. Oh and the food is wonderful thanks to the cooks Adrian and Jasmine. If I ever have to have surgery again this is where I want it to be at!!! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Our two experiences at Spring Hospital have been absolutely wonderful. From the nursing staff (Mary our CRNA-- simply the BEST!) to the cafe staff (Adrian and Yazmin--excellent service and food! ), every employee has treated our family with respect, patience, kindness and make us feel like family. Their knowledge along with their bedside manners, care and concern for their patients is top notch. Thank you all for such a positive experience!

Virginia and Jean were our dynamic duo! We were so excited to see them in the mornings! These Ladies are the best! They were so attentive to my husband’s need and were such good caretakers! This hospital is so lucky to have them! We will remember them always!❤️

The first time I come to this hospital and the staff, from the receptionist to the ladies in the cafeteria, are super friendly. The girl at the reception calmly helped my mom and me with our questions in Spanish. Very professional. Even the cafeteria was very clean and tidy. The ladies are very friendly and good service. I felt very comfortable being in this hospital. Thank you so much.

The best hospital and staff ever. I had a spinal fusion and I had the best care here compared to other hospitals! They made you feel at home and make sure you have everything you need! The cleaning ladies were super nice and everything smelt so clean and they do a great job as well. Hands down, you will be taken care of here. I will miss the nurses. Thanks again for your care and getting me through my surgery.

The facility is impressive and VERY clean. We felt nurtured every step of the way. Each person during our 5 visits since June ‘23 has been friendly and knowledgeable from the ladies in the snack bar to the doctor. I especially want to mention Tonya who is the first employees contact. She’s the perfect person to welcome us. She’s friendly, patient, and very organized. While waiting, I’ve observed how she deals with patients (and family) who are difficult. She is AWSOME!

The staff here are all very courteous and kind! Adrian, Diana, Robert & Yazmin have all gone out of their way to make sure my lunch/breakfast meals taste great & they always take care of any special request!
